Contact profiles

    Contact profiles are new high precise electrical contact materials. They are widely used in switch, button, control relay, communication relay, temperature controller, protector and so on. In order to meet different needs and various application requirements of every customer, we have developed and product various contact profiles with single layer, two layers, three or more layers. The materials and profile geometries are tailor-made to customer specific requirements according to different requirements of customers. We use a new cladding technology and precision molding technology to produce contact profiles (or cross-bar wires). Their advantages are as follow:

l   The diffusion layer is narrow, but the bond of every layer is highly reliable, so the adverse effect of it to the overall performance is reduced maximally.

l   Wide range of application:  voltage: mV～380V;  current: μA～150A

l   Lower cost: minimum use of precious metals; reducing worker because of being used for auto-welding machince.

l   Freely selectable precious metal alloy and layer thickness.

l   Combined by multi-layers, characteristics of every layer can be extered.

l  Curve of contact, layer thickness, material combination and welding rib adapted to the various application case.
