Weldalbe contacts

New weldable contacts, supplied with piece-type, are extended types of contact profiles, which solve the problem that customer must buy auto-welding machine with a lot of money. They are set in parallel or across. We can afford the welding contacts with different size, contact arc, thick and various alloys to meet every customer require, we also provide the service of welding the contacts to reed. Compared with conventional rivet contact, new weldable contacts which made by special technologies have advantages as follow:

l  Thickness of noble metal is uniform and of wide range (0.01 to 0.5mm), combination between layers is high-strong and reliable.

l  Light weight, so impact force of contact is less, and electrical life could be longer.

l  Contact resistance is lower because of the mirror surface (Rz≤0.4µm).

l  The usage of noble metal is reasonable and lesser, because of optimization design, so cost is lower.
